"Great experience. Staff friendly on the phone. On the day of my appointment, I got an early phone call to let me know my stylist was sick, but they'd booked me in at the same time with another one, which was fine with me, but I could have rebooked if I'd wanted to. I got Anna who is absolutely lovely, we discussed how best to cut my hair for my hair type and how I wanted it to look, she gave good advice and executed the cut perfectly. She did a great job. Another member of staff greeted me as he went about his business as I came in as well. They are still wearing masks and have hand sanitiser available. Will definitely use it again."
